In the mysterious clip, a metallic sphere is seen hurtling across the sky before plunging into the ocean.

As it emerges from the water, it appears to split in half – changing shape in the process.

The startling footage was shot in Aguadillia, Puerto Rico on April 25, 2013, but has only recently been released.

And The Scientific Coalition for Ufology (SCU) claims the video came from a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) whistleblower.
